Founded in 2007 by the Romanian Government, ASSI (The Agency for Information Society Services) is a governmental office that coordinates the national activity of all IT systems and platforms providing e-governance services.

ASSI needed an integrated communication strategy that could assure brand awareness and support from the public at large.

Romanian state institutions work in a social environment in which citizens’ skepticism towards any authority is endemic. Therefore, even if state agencies are coherently structured and motivated by reasonable objectives, they must be able to communicate efficiently with their primary target and the media.

Our marcom team designed a friendly communication strategy that aimed to inform the audience regarding the agency’s rationale and objectives, concrete actions and the benefit for the public at large.

Visuals and content information kept to the central requirement of designing simple and clear communication instruments that could facilitate public endorsement.
