Experience the world is a breathtaking launching especially designed for the grand opening of the Radisson SAS Hotel in Bucharest.

With 418 hotels in operation internationally and 110 hotels in the pipeline, the Group has established flagship hotels in key cities around the world, renowned for its service concept focusing on customer experience. 

After having renovated and refurbished the hotel building, the owner company asked Brand Academy to design and organize an impressive grand opening to communicate the first Radisson SAS Hotel in Romania.

Experience the World is a concept event designed in 2008 that emphasizes the versatility of the five-star Radisson SAS Hotel from Bucharest, which is able to answer a rich variety of interests, tastes and cultures of its clientele.

The event had to generate maximum excitement and extensive press coverage, and that is why we associated it with highly-profiled personalities from various fields such as business, diplomacy, politics and TV and entertainment.

The grand opening of Radisson SAS hotel also benefited from the guest star performance of Cirque du Soleil, for the first time in Romania, which was acclaimed by more than 1,500 guests.

Our communication strategy comprised also a complementary post-event plan, aimed to reinforce the brand’s core messages and customer positive awareness. To achieve the objective, we designed and produced various product literature items, from hotel presentation and group history to actual event magazine.
